Wristech Blood Pressure Monitor

How do you use a wrist blood pressure monitor to get an accurate reading?

I have slightly high blood pressure and I am trying to measure it at home. My wife bought me a wristech wrist bp monitor but I'm not sure where to position my wrist to get an accurate reading.

you put it on like a watch but it needs to go on the underside of the wrist and then you have to sit quietly...no talking or moving around...to get an accurate reading. also be sure you use the same wrist each time you take a reading so then you can compare
