Vacuum Hair Clippers

Is a barber supposed to use a vacuum attachment or blow off excess hair after a buzzcut?

At Cost Cutters they used clippers to cut it very short, basically a buzz cut. Afterwards, they didn't use a vacuum attachment like other barbers or a blow dryer to get out any of the loose bits of hair. Naturally, tiny itchy pieces got all over me and

There are no specific regulations that I am aware of. Some barbers use vacuum clippers which vacuum the hair as it is cut. Others use a vacuum or blow off the bits of hair with compressed air. I know one barber who will rinse the hair off with water
