Is it better to give a haircut with hair clippers when hair is wet, damp, or dry?
I purchased a set of Wahl hair cutting clippers and I'm about to use them. But should i use them when my hair is soaking wet, kind of damp, or when its completely dried?

On Sale Philips Norelco CC5060 Kids Clipper
I was thrilled to try the Philips Norelco CC5060 Kids Clippers. My son is now 17 years, but for the past 13 years, I paid a hairdresser on average every two months to cut his hair. (Ouch - Do the math!) And it's not like he is cutting difficult. It uses a guide # 4 all, then the sides and back with a guide # 2. It takes about 5 minutes to complete. I tried for years to send him to me and let me do it, but between the great noise of the mower and just not be comfortable with "Mom" to her hair, I gave up.
After receiving the cup, it loads and watched the DVD, my son told me: "Hey, can you cut hair?" So I did, in fact we both did. We went on our platform (since it is wireless!) And before I could do in a chair he had made the cut to the length he wanted, he was on and the run in her hair! Instead of panicking, I just watched as he proceeded to give himself a Mohawk. Finally, he requested my help for the back, both in cutting and cleaning of her cleavage.And at the end (about 20 minutes from start to finish) my son had his hair cut and I had saved myself some money.
